Our wraparound care is provided by Game-On Coaching. They are a well-established and highly experienced provider who are Ofsted registered. All Game-On Coaching staff are fully enhanced DBS checked, safeguarding trained and carry a valid first aid certificate, as child safety and welfare is paramount in their practice. There will also be members of school/nursery staff present to ensure we fulfil the required ratios.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club will be available from 7.45-8.45am and there is also an additional drop-off option from 8.30am.

All children receive a healthy breakfast from a variety of foods and drinks to cater for all children. Children participate in games and activities with strategy and puzzle games included. Children are then taken to class on time, ready for the school day ahead of them.

After-school Club

After school, the wraparound care consists of an extra-curricular club from 3.20-4.20pm, with a different activity/club offered each day of the week.

For the first half of the Summer Term 2024 this will be:

• Movement and Dance
• Art and Crafts
• Multi-Sports
• Gymnastics
• Construction and Model Making

There is then an additional wraparound session until 6.00pm in a welcoming environment, where children can relax and wind down. A healthy snack is provided in this additional session.

An after-school ‘pick-up’ session is also available each day from 3.20-3.35pm.

Booking and payment

Booking and payment must be made in advance by the end of the penultimate week of the previous half term. You will book for the next complete half term. If you wish your child to stop attending any of the sessions, a complete half term’s notice is required. Payments will be expected up to the end of the notice period. Please book your sessions on ParentPay. 

Session fees

• Breakfast Club – £5.00 per session
• Drop-off – £1.00 per session
• Pick-up – £1.00 per session
• After School Club Session 1 – £3.50 per session
• After School Club Session 2 – £6.50 per session

Late collection fee

If you are late collecting your child there is a fee of £5.00 between 6.00-6.15pm and £1.00 per minute thereafter.

Holiday care

At the moment, our provision is term-time only and so holiday care is available by arrangement with the Headteachers at Brownsover Community School (3 years and above) or at Rugby Free Primary School with Game-On.
